ADVOCATES CONTINUE TO COLLECT EVIDENCE OF CORRUPT PRACTICES AROUND FAMILY COURTS

November 15 2006

Ellen Dean is a Grandmother who joined others at the State Capitol on November 6th in an ongoing public investigation and awareness campaign that has uncovered a "trail of tears" in evidence in support of corrupt practices surrounding the Family Courts and the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. What many of the public investigators are turning up in evidence says one confidential source, "and its not a pretty picture", has been silently going on for a decade. Ellen has two of her Grandchildren, her other three are on the verge of being adopted against her will as next of kin.
The only thing stopping it are the legal fees she has paid for an appeal, staying the final stage of the adoption by the Cabinet.

Good Fathers who find themselves in Family Courts also find themselves being routinely minimized or unlawfully shut out of their children's lives by routine unsupported domestic violence complaints as a tactic to obtain a fraudulent sole custody award. Then compelled to sign up with State Collection Services. Thus Parental rights are unlawfully violated because full due course of law does not occur and judges violate and become liable for such negligent performance of duties when they "crook" a case in this fashion. The purpose is to turn parents into peonage profits for the state government actors. A scam created under the color of law that equates to Racketeering and human trafficking.

Advocates are preparing to present legislation that will enhance the penalty for Negligent performance of public duties and restore checks and balances to the judicial branch of our Government. The public investigators say that it will be the equivalent of "getting the Fox out of the Hen House". http://kentuckyfamilylaw.blogspot.com/

One such parent has filed a suit against individual public officials who have committed acts of Negligence in the performance of their duties taking the action against the Bonds, posted to ensure faithful performance of the duties of the offices in which we place them.
